If there is a problem with your order – for example, if you received an incorrect item, or a damaged item – please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and the issue. We can replace a damaged item for up to 30 days after purchase. If an item arrives damaged, please send us photo(s) of the damage in your email. When we have verified the damage in the photos, we will send you a replacement at no charge. Please note: we can only offer a replacement for damage to the item itself; we are not able to offer a replacement item for any damage to wrapping/packaging.
Returns of non-damaged items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the unused, undamaged, and unopened item for a full refund of the purchase price. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for the return. We will send you a shipping label. Print the label out, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office.
Items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged to qualify for a refund. Apparel must be unworn and still have any tags attached. CDs, DVDs, vinyl LPs, and Blu-rays must still be sealed in the original clear wrapping.
Once the item is received by our warehouse, please allow 5 business days for your refund to process. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not accept exchanges.
International returns: For returns originating outside of the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii, we do not cover shipping or customs expenses. You will be responsible for any and all shipping and customs expenses and procedures.
